We bought our property in Mosman from you 6 years ago.
We sold our property with you in just 4 weeks.
The reason we returned to you was because of your wonderful professional approach and honesty in both the purchase and sale of our Investment. As it is our retirement fund it was important to get the right price and Colin and I think you achieved that. We did not have to outlay any unnecessary advertising and for that we thank you.
If we buy again in the lower North Shore I will be calling and have no hesitation in recommending you to both my family and friends.

So happy with the choice of James and Mary!!
James is so hard working and we had complete faith in his approach, marketing tactics and selling of our property.
From the way he first approached us with what he can offer us by signing on with him, through to negotiations and the actual selling of our property, James' honesty, reliability, communication and negotiation skills were absolutely outstanding.
Mary too had such a straight forward attitude and her many years experience in the business was evident in all our discussions with her. I recently used the services of Ray White to sell my one bedroom unit in Neutral Bay. Max Wagschall was the agent assigned to this sale, and I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. Prior to putting the property on the market the property had been rented for several years, Max's advice on makeover proved invaluable, saving us time and money by given the right advice on what was needed. Max, could not have been more correct, the property sold on the third day and for an excellent price, top end of our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to potential clients for the sale of their property.
